Effective: August 1, 2026 Website: nextledger.click
Current scope of these terms

These terms govern the current public website, including the homepage, contact page, privacy page, book-a-demo page and customer portal preview page. They should be reviewed again before launching a live accounting application, subscription billing system or production user accounts.

02

Website Services and Purpose

NextLedger currently provides a marketing website designed to present information about accounting and business-control software, gather inquiries, arrange demonstrations and facilitate pre-sales communication.

The website may include:

  • Product descriptions and feature information.
  • Pricing or package-related website content.
  • Contact, inquiry and WhatsApp-based communication paths.
  • Book-a-demo request forms.
  • A pre-launch customer portal preview page.

The website itself does not yet constitute the full production accounting application or a live customer workspace unless specifically communicated by NextLedger.

03

A signed proposal, contract, scope document or other written agreement may be required before any formal delivery, implementation or subscription relationship begins.

05

Demo Requests, Contact Forms and Communications

Until a live portal is launched:

  • No production user authentication is promised through the preview page.
